Ah my Cannoness, my first and i think so far only attempt at gold non metallic metal. I think it needs a bit more contrast in the dark areas, and the pigment powder got ALL over everything on this base. you can even see it on the backdrop in the image haha. Overall i think she turned out good and is defenetly a standout in my awfully painted sisters of battle army.
I also painted her on my first birthday away from home. I was kinda lonely, at the time I didnt really hang out with many people and I had no birthday plans. But I find I paint better when I’m upset so I focused my enery on to this model. It was a good distraction at least. I ended up going out Later that week with some classmates to an arcade as a sort of a double birthday with another classmate who had a birthday that week too.
