Hello and welcome to my blog of sorts. Here you can find images of miniatures I’ve completed as well as my thoughts of the progect and the process. Honestly I dont expect anyone to read anything on this website I’m mostly using it as a way to reflect on my painting journey but enough about the website this is an about me section after all.
My name is Gabriel and I’ve been painting miniatures since 2021. Yeah not that long but it’s the longest hoby I’ve been in besides playing video games. I got into Miniature painting because I wanted minis for the Dungeons and Dragons campaign I was going to host. I went all in, ordering a cheap 3d printer and a Mega bundle of army painter paints which still serve me to this day. Not long after I got sucked into warhammer via the Killteam Octarius box and now I have over 181 models. Yet not a single 2000pt army
I have never played warhammer 40k, In my town there isn’t really a scene for it but I enjoy Building and painting the models so I’m not too bothered. My Main army at the moment is Sisters of Battle, which I got into solely because kreig was a gazillion dollars from forgeworld. But that seems to be changing. Yes I could 3D print some kreig, but I perfer the look of the official models and the proxies dont cut it for me. I do however like proxies for heavy weapons and such though that add ww2 flare to the weapons.
